◆ I, as the artist, retain the rights to the artwork, as well as the right to distribute, reproduce, and use it as self-promotion.
◆ I reserve the right to deny a commission order without having to explain the reasons for it.
◆ STRICTLY ANTI-AI. Anything I create, write, or say cannot be used for AI training, NFT minting, and other similar means.

              1. GENERAL RULES/PAYMENT
        ✱ COMMERCIAL USE: any art services (from sketches to the finished artwork) that I provide under these Terms of Service are personal use only.
                    ✲ My work, from sketches to the finished product, is not to be used commercially or as branding for creating and distributing digital content, unless agreed upon for an additional surcharge beforehand (please refer to 4. COPYRIGHT/USAGE for more details).
        ✱ PAYMENT: All prices are in EUR (€). May accept USD ($) and some other currencies, using PayPal's exchange rates for conversion.
                    ✲ Detailed price list is available after agreeing to these Terms of Service.
                    ✲ Payment upfront - when details (and "proof of concept") are confirmed by both sides, I start working after receiving 100% of the payment.
                    ✲ As of now, I accept payment through Ko-Fi and PayPal links. V-Gen is in the works.
                    ✲ Unless we discussed an extension beforehand, deadline for payment is 24 hours after receiving the link/invoice.
        ✱ REFUNDS: available only if I am unable to complete your commission due to personal reasons.
                    ✲ If you cancel the commission midway, I cannot refund it. Please make sure you absolutely want the artwork and can afford it beforehand.
        ✱ COMMISSION TERMINATION: I reserve the right to terminate a commission if I feel the process disrupted and/or my safety or peace threatened by the client's behaviour, including but not limited to ignoring WIP approvals, disrespect, manipulation, harassment. Please, just don't.
                    ✲ Depending on the completion stage and severity of the situation I might provide partial refunds. But please, just don't (x2).
        ✱ CHARGEBACKS/DISPUTES: Communicate your issues before taking these actions - I'm always willing to settle conflicts peacefully.
                    ✲ If maliciously initiated during the process or after delivering the art, I will ban you immediately and permanently.
        ✱ PRIVACY: By default, I have the right to post the artwork and its WIP stages on my sites as examples of my work.
                    ✲ If you do not want this, you have to inform me immediately. This might lock you out of some discounts and commission types I provide.
                    ✲ The clause above is different to withholding to post art and its WIP stages online mentioned in 3. TAT/DEADLINES.
                    ✲ Make sure to mention all matters concerning your privacy (e.g., adding your handle when posting the art/WIP on social media) as soon as you can. These can be discussed and changed at any moment, but I am not able to implement changes retroactively, as I can't, for example, edit posts.
        ✱ NONCOMPLIANCE: Failing to comply with these Terms of Service after commissioning me will result in the client being permanently blacklisted - complete ban on future interactions.
              2. PROCESS
        ✱ INITIAL ORDER: To reserve a commission slot, you will fill out a Google Form that will be available after reading these Terms of Service.
                    ✲ I reserve the right to deny a commission order without having to explain the reasons for it.
        ✱ REFERENCES: I will need clear visual references to agree to your commission order.
                    ✲ The more visuals you give, and the deeper you describe your idea, the better I can implement your vision. My goal is your satisfaction.
                    ✲ The materials you provide me to work with (characters, references, etc.) cannot be made with AI either. I will be much happier to receive stick figures as an explanation. If I find out at any point that I was deceived on this, I might terminate the commission and you will be blacklisted.
        ✱ PERSONAL ARTISTIC STYLE: By commissioning me, you agree that art is subjective and that I will interpret your vision in a way that still reflects my personal artistic style. That can include interpretation of anatomy, poses, colours, rendering, etc.
                    ✲ I do not offer commissions in other artists' or shows' styles, but I will do everything in my power to interpret characters' semblance and make them still immediately recognizable as themselves if asked.
                    ✲ Dissatisfaction with my artstyle and the way I draw things is not grounds for a refund. Again, please make sure you absolutely want the artwork from me specifically before commissioning me.
        ✱ PROOF OF CONCEPT: The client may request a "proof of concept" rough sketch before payment.
                    ✲ You get to request changes to this sketch once before finishing the order and reserving the commission. Neither of us would want to proceed with the commission if we can't get on the same page about the idea.
                    ✲ In certain cases the designs are simple enough for me to immediately provide lineart instead of sketches. In this case the rule above applies to it as well. I will have to have acknowledged it in our chat beforehand for that, though.
                    ✲ This sketch is still under my, the artist's, ownership. If the commission gets cancelled, the client is not allowed to use the sketch for any means, including but not limited to posting it online, asking other artists to finish it, feeding it into AI.
                    ✲ Additionally, for the case above, I also keep the right to reuse everything other than your original characters in the sketch for future works.
        ✱ WORK IN PROGRESS (WIP): Depending on the option and scope of the commission, you may ask for 1-3 WIP check-ins:
              ▹Refined "proof of concept" sketch - more details, preciser character/object placements; last chance to set DPI and specific canvas size;
              ▹Clean one-coloured lineart - fully finished lineart for the entire piece;
              ▹Flat colours - if you require specific colours down to hex codes, this would be your last chance to let me know.
                    ✲ I might send some WIPs myself, too, if I encounter issues or have a choice to make regarding something the client would want to know.
                    ✲ DO NOT IGNORE WIP APPROVALS. I am setting a deadline of 24 hours for an answer before extending the turnaround time, which leads to delays. If you will not be available for WIP approvals at some point, or want to extend the answers deadline, please, please let me know beforehand.
                    ✲ If you don't want me to check-in, out of my own volition as mentioned above or at all, do say that when reserving the slot.
        ✱ REVISIONS: I only mean corrections and refinement, not complete overhaul of the idea.
                    ✲ Limited to 2 edits and applies only to the first WIP stage (refined sketch). You may adjust pose, expressions, details. Please take this possibility seriously and provide detailed revisions if you have them.
                    ✲ Minor adjustments to the final drawing (example: colour correction) are allowed.
                    ✲ After the initial refined sketch WIP is approved by the client, any major changes like changing the pose, the outfit, the composition, can only be accepted for an additional fee.
        ✱ FINAL PRODUCT: I will send the finished art in high resolution .jpg/.png format with dimensions and DPI as discussed before with the client.
                    ✲ Please let me know at the very beginning if there are any criteria for formats, dimensions, DPI, as I might not be able to adjust them later.
                    ✲ I do NOT give access to my CSP files unless strictly necessary for the process.
                    ✲ I do not guarantee backups and long-term storage of your files, as much as I'd want to keep an archive of them. After I deliver the finished artwork, it is your responsibility to download and store the files I've provided safely.
              3. TAT/DEADLINES
        ✱ TURNAROUND TIME: depends on the commission type. Standard TAT is 3+ weeks for simpler orders, big commissions can take up to 3 months or more . I can name preciser TATs when agreeing to the order.
                    ✲ Delays caused by the client, such as late responses, delayed approvals, missing references, are not my responsibility, and the TAT extensions that may happen as a result are not my fault. If you wish for smooth order completion, please make sure to provide all information I need and communicate any delays on your side if that isn't possible.
                    ✲ I am taking responsibility for informing my clients about potential delays in completing their orders. I'm giving myself generous time limits to hopefully accommodate potential medical/personal issues that can happen to me. I'm no prophet, however, and stuff happens.
        ✱ DEADLINES: The terms about deadlines and withholding posting the art and its WIP stages online due to scheduling or surprise factors are to be discussed before finalizing commissioning the work.
                    ✲ Rush jobs and strict deadlines are subject to additional fees and may be declined based on my confidence in finishing them on time.
              4. COPYRIGHT/USAGE
        ✱ COPYRIGHT: DO NOT CLAIM CREDIT/COPYRIGHT/OWNERSHIP OF THE ART I DID. I, as the artist, retain the rights to the artwork, as well as the right to distribute, reproduce, and use it as self-promotion (posting on my social media, using as commission examples, etc.)
        ✱ PERSONAL USE: is allowed. You may repost (with credit and/or direct link) or share my work for self-identification on any social media platform, like using it as profile picture, banner, or other manner of personalized self-advertisement.
        ✱ AI CLAUSE: ANYTHING I provide you, from my sketches to my messages, is NEVER to be used for AI training, NFTs, and other similar means.
        ✱ MONETIZED USE: + 50% surcharge. Anything that is considered as "branding" or "promotional materials" for creating/monetizing digital content (e.g., YouTube/Twitch assets).
        ✱ COMMERCIAL USE: + 100% surcharge (double the price). Anything to do with merchandise, mass distribution, or in general reselling and distributing value-add or derivative products made with my art, as well as creating promotional content for such products.

        ✱ All commission prices start from a base of clean one-coloured lineart, everything else can be added on.
        Specifications about character types:
          ✤ human (with simple animal parts/horns/tails) - base price;
          ✤ monsters / mythical creatures - 90% - 110% depending on complexity;
          ✤ furry (anthro / feral) - base - 110% depending on complexity.
          ✤ simple cute designs / Pokémon / mascots / etc. - separated by complexity (roughly aligns with Pokémon size and/or evolution stage).
        ✱ A free solid colour/pattern/shape background is included in price.
        ✱ Props include things like items held in hands, additional background elements, details like magic circles, familiars, and such.
              ✲ The price of the prop is defined by how much space it takes on the art (e.g. lantern is "bust"-sized, hilt of a rapier is "head"-sized).
              ✲ For headshot/icon/pfp and busts, hands are props. yes I know that sounds funny, but you get what I mean (and they're complicated enough as is).
        ✱ Please take note that there are 10%-20% surcharges on top for more complex designs that require more detailwork from me, including but not limited to: very detailed lineart, wings, armor, complex patterns, mechanical parts, full mecha. I will warn you about them when finalizing the price.
              ✲ Very complex designs, as of now, aren't listed in this form, but may be accepted at a double rate and double TAT.
